The roots of Dayton, Ohio, based Holzfaster, Cecil, McKnight & Mues reach back through a number of predecessor firms to the early 1940's when founder, Byron E. Holzfaster, entered the practice of law. Throughout the years we have successfully pursued cases through the various state and appellate courts, as well as the Ohio Supreme Court, resulting in precedent-setting decisions.

Our general practice is diversified with particular emphasis in divorce, probate administration and estate planning, matrimonial law, juvenile law, personal injury litigation, traffic and OVI law, business law and real estate matters.
