John Goode has over 30 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Ohio. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Dayton. He is currently a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs. He has professional expertise in small business administration, accounting systems, individual, trust and estate tax preparation.

Vince Ryan has over 25 years of experience in the areas of personal financial planning and income tax planning and preparation. He has a B.S. from Marian College and an MBA from Xavier University. He has earned the accreditation of Personal Financial Specialist from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Vince has served on the boards of Cityfolk and Dayton Chapter of the American Red Cross and has been involved in planned giving and financial development for other charities in the area.

Terry Carlisle has over 25 years of experience in the Miami Valley as a licensed Social Worker, Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor, and licensed minister. His educational background includes earning a Bachelors Degree from Columbia Union College (1971), a Masters of Divinity from Andrews University (1974), and a Masters of Rehabilitation Counseling from Wright State University (1992). He has professional expertise in addiction assessment and counseling, family counseling, patient advocacy, stress, depression, emotional control issues, destructive relationship pattern, grief counseling and support issues.
