Charles W. Morrison

Charles “Bill” Morrison, is Of Counsel to the firm of Holzfaster, Cecil, McKnight & Mues. Bill was born and raised in Centerville, Ohio. He is a graduate of the University of Toledo College of Law (May, 2008) and has been a member in good standing of the Ohio Bar since November 17, 2008. While in law school, Bill was the recipient of the University of Toledo Law Scholarship, the Matthew S. Wargo Law Scholarship, served as a member of the Board of Editors of the University of Toledo Law Review, and authored an article that was cited by a Federal District Court in a decision. Prior to entering law school, Bill was awarded a B.A. in Political Science from Ohio University (2001) and a Masters in Public Administration from Wright State University (2003). As part of his post-graduate studies, he was awarded a Graduate Research Assistantship position with the Center for Urban and Public Affairs (CUPA), where he participated in various grant-funded research projects aimed at rebuilding inner-city economies. Before entering the legal profession, Bill was employed by the Montgomery County, Ohio, Economic Development Department, working as part of a small team to promote job retention and creation in the greater Dayton, Ohio, region.
