		<description>Very useful article indeed. I think that all medicare insurance plans must cover all costs of the long term health care. Adult care, home care, respite care, all of these must be included in the medicare insurance plans. Because nowadays there is still a big problem for old people and their care. It is not enough for them. They can live 20 years more if the care would be better. We must think about that and do something. Thanks one more time for the great article, it has left a lot of thoughts in my had.</description>
