Dayton, Ohio - Robert L. Mues, President of Holzfaster, Cecil, McKnight & Mues was recognized Tuesday by David Kinsaul, President and CEO of The Children's Medical Center for his outstanding efforts in advocating for the hospital. "He is one of a kind," according to Michael E. Vanderburgh, senior development officer at the hospital. The hospital organized the dinner to thank area probate lawyers supportive of local philanthropic and charitable organizations. Mues assists his clients with estate planning decisions that often include charities and local organizations. "Children's Medical Center is a well-run hospital and it utilizes its gifts and bequests exceptionally well. It is wonderful to see the generosity of clients making such a difference here in Dayton," according to Mues. In his twenty-five year professional career, Mues has been involved volunteering time for numerous other children's organizations, including serving on the Board of Director's of Montgomery County Children's Services and as President of For Love of Children, Inc. In addition to his general practice at this law firm, Mues also serves as a state level review officer for the Ohio Department of Education ruling on disputes concerning educating special needs children.
