I decided early on in junior high school that I was going to become a lawyer because I really wanted to help people. It wasn't for fame or fortune. It was clearly an area that I perceived that I could bring a difference to people in their lives. Still today my favorite part of the practice is sitting down, meeting with clients, and working to help them solve their problems.
I believe that too many lawyers look at their role in isolation, removed from the many intertwined areas and issues that may not be legally oriented but certainly are troubling to the client. This is a cop out in my opinion. We don't take that approach whatsoever. I really feel that while professionalism is extremely important in the practice, so is grit and determination and thirty-years experience.
I have a very active practice in complex divorce, family law, personal injury, and wrongful death litigation. I'm also very passionate about family law, so in 2007 I launched the Ohio Family Law Blog that contains lots of information that I think is helpful to people that have divorce or family-law issues.
We emphasize excellent communication skills. We keep clients in the loop one hundred percent of the time about what's going on in their case. Personal service is a hallmark of ours.
If I or one of the other attorneys in our firm might be able to help you, we welcome you to call in for an appointment.
